Mazel Tov

Mazel Tov to Barry and Mia Ackerman on the engagement of their daughter, Ellie Ackerman, to Eric Uffer.  Eric is the son of Gayle Uffer and the late Paul Uffer of East Meadow, NY. 

- Ellie Ackerman, daughter of Barry and Mia Ackerman, received her master’s in business administration degree, with a concentration in event planning, at Lasell University. Ellie earned a 3.95 GPA and interned with a wedding planning company in Warwick. She had previously received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Rhode Island as an economics’ major.

 - Alex Brenner, son of Jeremy and Sandi Brenner, received his bachelor of science degree from The College of New Jersey with a major in kinesiology and health sciences.  He is planning to attend paramedic school and is pursuing a career in emergency medical services.

- Lili Jacobson, daughter of Dr. Seth and Linda Jacobson of Rochester, NY and granddaughter of Dr. Jeffrey Jacobson, graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design, summa cum laude.  Lili received a bachelor of arts degree in marketing and will work for L’Oréal Corp. in a 2-year marketing training program in New York City.

- Mia Jacobson, daughter of Dr. Seth and Linda Jacobson of Rochester, NY and granddaughter of Dr. Jeffrey Jacobson, graduated with a doctorate degree from Cornell Veterinary College, summa cum laude. Mia has started a 2-year internship and residency at Michigan State University.

- Samuel Molloy, grandson of Joel and Pamela Cohen, has graduated from Springfield College with a doctor of physical therapy degree.  Sam is also a certified strength conditioning specialist and an Eagle Scout.  He has accepted a position to practice physical therapy in Hudson, Mass.

- Eden White, daughter of Jake and Mindy Jacobson White of Barrington and granddaughter of Dr. Jeffrey Jacobson, graduated from Barrington High School with honors and awards in art.  She will be attending Rochester Institute of Technology to study art and psychology.
